Designing Multi-Channel Evergreen Content
One small creative team. A full marketing funnel to feed. No room to rebuild assets every month. Blue Bite needed to educate a market that was still learning what connected products were, while simultaneously driving demand generation, nurturing inbound leads, and establishing thought leadership in NFC, smart packaging, and digital product passports. The team was small. The content calendar was not. The only way to make that volume sustainable was to design a system, not just assets. I led the creative infrastructure build while partnering closely with the marketing team on strategy, voice, and channel execution.

Solution
I built a modular, multi-format content system that turned Blue Bite's technical expertise into clear, evergreen educational content deployable at every stage of the buyer journey.
- Designed graphics for tutorials, how-to guides, gated content, blog posts, infographics, quizzes, explainers, and listicles, covering awareness through conversion
- Developed annual reports, thought leadership articles, and industry insight content to build Blue Bite's authority with enterprise buyers in a competitive and evolving category
- Produced 119+ YouTube videos including long-form educational content, short-form clips, and channel highlights for @BlueBite, growing a subscriber base of 3.43K
- Built visual templates and production frameworks so the marketing team could repurpose long-form content into social posts, paid ads, and email campaigns without a full redesign cycle
- Hired and managed a freelance Webflow developer to extend the digital content infrastructure, allowing the team to move faster on web-based content without pulling from core design resources

Results
- Established a strong YouTube presence: 119+ videos, 3.43k subscribers, and a growing combined viewership
- Enabled efficient repurposing of long-form content into short-form reels, social posts, and ad campaigns
